Leadership Program

Students at Mount Mercy College have incredible opportunities to learn, develop, and grow through a variety of programs that the College offers. One program that offers an exciting chance for students to develop their skills of leadership, communication, and awareness of community need is the Leadership Program. We are committed to supporting students as they work to challenge themselves in order to become stronger leaders. By utilizing the philosophy of servant-leadership, students in the Leadership Program are given opportunities to serve the Cedar Rapids community, and learn through group interaction about the need for empathetic leaders that called to serve their communities. Students in the Leadership Program are individuals that are ready to learn, ready to change, and excited to become the leader that they have always dreamt of becoming!
