Expand your knowledge and abilities

Make a bigger impact today. Nurses with a valid RN license can enroll in our RN-BSN program.

Build on the skills you already have with Mount Mercy’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, one of the most recognized and longest-running baccalaureate nursing programs in Iowa. With a values-based curriculum and a focus on nursing practice research, Mount Mercy creates outstanding caregivers and community heroes in the nursing field.

Whether you’ve been in the nursing field for a few years or have decades of experience, your time as an RN will broaden and enrich the classroom experience for you and your classmates. Our full-time nursing faculty share their on-the-job experience to present real-world scenarios and research-based discoveries to bring the current state of nursing into the classroom.
