Mount Mercy University is currently accepting applications for Graduate Assistant in Men’s Basketball.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting all aspects of men’s basketball coaching and contribute to the Men’s Basketball Program in all areas including, but not limited to recruiting, training, scheduling, fundraising, monitoring academic progress, social media, and coaching.
Other responsibilities include: promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletic program; compliance with all departmental policies and procedures, as well as University, Conference and NAIA rules and regulations; assisting and supporting the Head Men’s Basketball Coach in all aspects of the coaching and management of the Men's Basketball Program; assisting and participating in all aspects of recruiting student-athletes and coordinating recruiting efforts through travel to off-campus evaluations, campus visits, phone calls, and emails in accordance with NAIA and Mount Mercy University policies and procedures; assisting and supporting the Head Men's Basketball Coach with game-day preparation and execution.
