Mount Mercy University is currently accepting applications for a Graduate Assistant in Women’s Lacrosse.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting and supporting the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach in all aspects of the coaching and management of the Women’s Lacrosse program; promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletic program; complying with all departmental policies and procedures, as well as University, Conference and NAIA rules and regulations; and assisting and supporting game-day preparation and execution.
Graduate assistant in Women’s Lacrosse will assist and participate in all aspects of recruiting student-athletes and coordinating recruiting efforts through travel to off-campus evaluations, campus visits, phone calls, and emails in accordance with NAIA and Mount Mercy University policies and procedures.
Additionally, the graduate assistant in Women’s Lacrosse will also collaborate with the Sports Information Director with game day preparation including setup of relevant technology (video, audio, livestream production) as well as social media curation.
