The Mount Mercy University Martin-Herold College of Nursing & Health seeks a Simulation Director in the undergraduate program starting August 11, 2025. The Simulation Director is responsible for the Clinical Simulation Lab (CSL) and includes teaching in the CSL. The CSL is designed to be a safe learning environment, where students can collaborate to address clinical challenges, practice clinical skills, and enhance communication, clinical judgement, confidence and competence.
