LeAnn Ridgeway is a distinguished retired executive from RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, and the proud owner of Ridgeway Consulting, specializing in executive coaching and business transformation.
With a remarkable 35-yeear career in the aerospace sector, Ridgeway has held leadership positions across various global business units in both commercial and defense markets.
Most recently, she served as Chief Sustainability Officer for Collins Aerospace, where her expertise in managing profit and loss (P&L) statements was complemented by her focus on process optimization, strategic growth, acquisition, and business turnarounds.
Throughout her career, Ridgeway consistently delivered outstanding business performance, propelling her to executive ranks, However, her true passion lies in building strong teams and empowering individuals to unlock their full potential.
This commitment to mentorship is evident in her diverse experiences, from coaching high school girls' soccer team to receiving the prestigious Lifetime Women's Achievement Award for her leadsership at Collins Women Forum.
In addition to her corporate achievements, Ridgeway has made significant contributions to various organizations, serving on over 20 boards for both profit and nonprofit entities. She is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for Mount Mercy University, where she continues to influence the next generation of leaders.
