About
Grace graduated with distinction from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a minor in human resources.
During her undergraduate studies, she worked as a research assistant, developing a strong appreciation for data collection. As a student therapist, Grace is committed to using empirically supported interventions and has extensive experience working with children, including those on the spectrum. Her volunteer work with suicide hotlines inspired her to pursue Marriage and Family Therapy.
Believing in the transformative power of human connection, Grace approaches therapy as a sacred process and values collaboration with clients. She strives to balance challenge with kindness and infuses her therapeutic approach with humor. Grace also appreciates systemic concepts and the impact of intergenerational patterns.
In her free time Grace enjoys spending time with her family and being in nature. Grace loves coffee, running, making art, and petting dogs.
