You're invited to the monthly Women in Leadership speaker event at our CRST International Graduate Center on Thursday, July 24 where we will host Chief of Staff to the CEO of RSM US LLP, Jane Galarce.

This event will take place in-person at our CRST International Graduate Center, located at 1650 Matterhorn Dr. NE, Cedar Rapids. Arrive at 8:00 AM for networking, coffee, and pastries. The presentation begins at 8:30 AM with time for questions to follow. See you there!

Women in Leadership is a monthly discussion and networking event series, featuring women leaders sharing their experiences in education, nursing, business, and leadership. Anyone can attend and enjoy meeting local professionals as they recant their leadership stories.

Responsible for executing on the strategic and operational priorities of the CEO while managing and streamlining operations at the executive level, ensuring the CEO/Managing Partner can focus on the firm's long-term vision and key priorities.

Serving as the Chief of Staff to the CEO, this role sits on the firm leadership teams and acts as a trusted advisor to the CEO/Managing Partner and liaison to the firm leadership team.

Prior to this, Jane served as the Digital Leader for Consulting where she was responsible for working with leaders across consulting to execute on digital priorities, driving enhancements to our client experience and efficiencies to our operations and delivery practices. She also continues to serve on the firm’s Digital Integration Group, promoting a common vision and roadmap for digital enhancements across the enterprise.

Throughout her tenure at RSM, she’s held an operationally focused role, responsible enabling solutions that support the practice by enhancing the client and talent experience, optimizing profitability, and minimizing risk.

Prior to joining RSM in October of 2008, Jane spent over 12 years in technology management positions for technology and services firms based in Georgia, Illinois, and Iowa. Having worked for highly acquisitive companies, Jane’s experience includes leading a 280 employee IT organization supporting 9,000 global users across 120 countries. She has led roadmap development for internal systems infrastructures, assisted with business intelligence platform and solutions design, and spearheaded global business process rationalization and systems migration efforts. Having held senior level management positions, Jane brings a unique mix of strategic insight and tactical execution to her work.
